Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 800 gms main ingredient:chicken full pcs.


  • 1/2 tsp chicken tandoori masala:dry coriander


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli


  • 1 tsp arhar dal


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


  • 2 piece amistar


  • 2 piece maize


  • 1 pinch nutmeg


  • 2 pinch hing


  • 4 piece bayleaf


  • 1 tsp 1st marinade:salt


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 cups 2nd marinade; hung curd


  • 2 tsp chicken tandoori masala


  • 1 tsp black salt.as taste


  • 1/4 cups mustard oil


  • 2-3 drop red food color

Directions

  • Mix all masala's under "Chicken Tandoori masala",Dry roast and cool them.After cool grind well make a smooth powder.
  • Wash chicken pcs and dry them and slit the chicken pcs.
  • Add 1st marinade masala mix in chicken pcs properly .Keep a side in 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours mix 2 nd marinade masala and keep a side in 5 hours.
  • After 5 hours chicken cook in hot tandoor.
  • Serve chicken with green chutney and laccha onion with lemon slice.
